Easy Healthy snacks and Light Meals

I have put together a range of snacks and lights meals to encourage my clients to cook from scratch using simple ingredients.

Over the next few weeks I will be posting some easy recipes and healthy lifestyle tips.

Today I'm posting a very simple but healthy snack:

Sliced Apple and Nut butter

Slice the apple and spread a little nut butter ( nut butter of choice) on each slice - A delicious mid morning or afternoon snack.

Note:

Apples are an excellent source of fiber and the nut butter contains protein.

Eating these foods together can help you feel full for longer.
