Autumn ‘Reset’
Have you noticed that you have started to feel a little out of sorts and not sure why you don't feel quite your usual self.  I have.  It's that time of year when the summer has slipped away, the children are back at school and abruptly Autumn is upon us.  I've even heard people talk about Christmas!! Well, I think this is the perfect opportunity to give ourselves a little pampering, a de stress and a 'reset' for the months to come.  Think of it as what we often attempt to do in January when we set ourselves goals for the new year ahead.  This is the perfect time to do just that.
  • If you were thinking of joining a gym, a 'Park Run' or taking up the 'Couch to 5K' challenge, then why not now?
  • You could think about swapping in a summer activity for a winter one, something you've often talked about wanting to do but just haven't got around to it.
  • Why not get out a recipe book, or check out some fun recipes online and do some cooking from scratch.    I shall be posting some recipes over the next few weeks.
These are just a few suggestions to get you motivated and look forward to the winter months ahead.
